Speaker shower head – Low-flow speaker shower head limit the flow of water through the body of the fitting in order to save water supplies. In many such speaker shower head, this is done by means of a circular plastic water limiter placed in the shower inlet. If you find that the water pressure is just not enough for you, you can disable the low flow head by removing the limiter without having to turn off the water supply to the shower.
Disable Low-Flow speaker shower head, if the shower has a switch installed; turn the diverter to drain water to the bathtub faucet, not showerhead. Pack the jaws of the pliers with duct tape to protect the finish of the showerhead. Grasp the bottom of the shower head in place with pliers. Turn the connector anticlockwise with pliers until the head exits the water supply pipe.

Turn the speaker shower head so you can see the inlet at the base. Remove the plastic water limiter (a disc with a small hole in the middle) with needle-nose pliers. Unpack the delivery pipe threads with plumber tape and trim the end.
